How to place an order when you are a professional ?

For a maximum order of 10 items of the same model, it is possible to place an order directly on our website www.papapiqueetmamancoud.fr

For larger orders, you can write to us via the contact form, with the following information

• The article(s) concerned 
• The collection ?
• The quantities ? 
• For which date ?
• For which use ?

In order to prepare the estimate we also need to know :  

• The name of your company or your administration
• The address of your company or your administration
• Your telephone number 
• Intercommunity VAT number 
• SIRET number 

What are the payment methods?

We accept payment by bank transfer, Paypal or check.

If you choose to pay by check or bank transfer, we wait to receive the payment before shipping the order.

Is it possible to pay by money order?

This payment is accepted and reserved only for the administrations of the State and the communities.

If the quantities ordered are < 10, you can place an order on our site and validate your order by choosing "Transfer" as payment.
You will then need to send us the following information by email to support(a)ppmc.fr: 

• The number of your order on our site 
• Your order form or commitment form from your administration (signed and stamped) 
• The internal order reference 
• The visa of the person mandated by your structure 
• The delivery address 

For orders > 10 items, you will have to send us an email to support(a)ppmc.fr, with the information requested above as well as the details of the items ordered (model, collection, quantity...), so that we can issue the estimate.

Are discounts available for professional orders ?

A percentage may be granted depending on the quantity of products ordered.

Is it possible to receive samples ?

In order to guarantee very attractive prices and also for ecological reasons, we do not offer samples.
