The envelope pouch is a small, stylish pouch that can be used as a clutch or as a small handbag for a night out. Made of coated cotton, the envelope pouch is the perfect bag accessory for storing passports and personal papers. Like all our Papa Pique and Maman Coud pouches, this envelope pouch has tabs so you can hang it up with a strap.

This small envelope-shaped pouch will allow you to slip your official papers (passport, ID, car registration, driver's license...) but also your small girly effects (tissues, wipes, towels...).
Tip: hang a small strap on one of the little tabs at the corners of the bag and the other one on the tab inside our bags, so you can find it more easily (straps sold separately).

Gosh, is your favorite envelope bag starting to get dirty from being at your side every day? Don't worry, a simple wipe with a damp sponge and soap should be enough to clean it. If that's not enough, a quick run through the washing machine at 30° without fabric softener should get it back into shape!
Always opt for short cycles and gentle spinning to preserve the appearance of your fabric, especially if it's coated on the inside. Sequins and shimmers don't like heat or long cycles! The gilding on your item will be slightly less shiny after machine washing.

What is the envelope really for?
In PPMC teams, we use the envelope pouch by hanging it, thanks to a small strap, on the tab inside our bag. This allows us to store important papers. But that's not all, we can also create a bag in its own right by matching the envelope pouch to a fabric pouch of the same pattern or not. Then, we hang the whole with a large strap and we customize with a barrette. A unique bag is yours!
