Papa Pique and Maman Coud markets

Did you know that the Papa Pique et Maman adventure was born, in the late 80s, on the markets of Vendée and Brittany? It was on a one-square-meter stand that Nam Pham, the brand's creator, began selling her first fabric barrettes and scrunchies. These were hair accessories she made herself from colorful fabrics she fell in love with. This first student job, which enabled her to finance her studies, already showed the creative, self-taught soul of the woman who, a few years later, founded the Papa Pique et Maman Coud company.
 

Summer markets - Clap de fin in 2024

We all love to stroll through markets in the summer sunshine during the vacations.


Papa Pique et Maman Coud has been loyal to you since the beginning, and our summer markets have become a tradition for many of you.


Over the last ten years or so, we've gradually phased out several markets to make way for a boutique to better welcome you and our employees. After 30 years, it's with a certain nostalgia that we announce that the last summer markets (Carnac St Pierre Quiberon Bénodet and Fouesnant) will come to an end in 2024.


We're delighted to tell you about the exciting opportunities that lie ahead. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your continued support, enthusiasm and loyalty. We hope you will understand this decision and continue to accompany us in this new phase of our adventure, and that we will have the pleasure of seeing you again in our boutiques in Brittany.
